About The Author

50 years old with 25 years of experience as a therapist. Irish dad, American mom. Born in the state of Maine, studied psychology at NYU. Graduated from the University of Delaware and completed an internship in New York State. She has two children, a son who is a financier and lives in Europe, and a daughter who is finishing her studies in the US. She decided to write a book because for the last 10 years more and more of her patients have been women going through or about to get divorced. She is a widow; her husband died in an accident.
